Since our founding over 70 years ago, Pak-Pro has been crafting folding cartons that bring great products to life. What began as the packaging department of Coats and Clark has evolved into a regional leader in custom folding carton manufacturing, serving growing brands, national retailers, and brokers throughout the Southeastern U.S. and beyond.
Today, we operate two specialized facilities in Georgia delivering the quality, reliability, and hands-on partnership that keep customers coming back, even as they grow. When you work with Pak-Pro, you’re not simply calling an 800 number. You’re working with people who know your project, understand your challenges, and are invested in your success.

What Sets Us Apart

Relationship Over Scale
Our size is our advantage. We’re large enough to handle significant production volume but small enough to provide personal service. You work directly with people who know your project, not account managers juggling hundreds of clients or customer service representatives reading from scripts.

Service When It Matters
What happens when something goes wrong defines a partnership. Our customers stay with us because we take care of problems quickly and directly. Some could have moved to larger manufacturers as they’ve grown; they haven’t, because reliability and responsive service matter more than the lowest possible price.

Technical Expertise with Hands-On Support
We combine advanced manufacturing capabilities — offset and flexographic printing, specialized substrates, premium finishing — with the kind of hands-on support that helps customers solve problems. We find solutions, understand distribution center requirements, and help you navigate both.
Our Facilities

Quick Service Food Packaging Facility
This facility, in Toccoa, Georgia, focuses on food service packaging, with expertise in heat-resistant substrates, grease-resistant coatings, and the high-volume demands of quick service restaurants and food manufacturers.

High-Design Retail Facility
Our second facility, in Marietta, Georgia., specializes in retail packaging and premium beauty cartons, with advanced finishing capabilities including soft touch coatings, embossing, foil stamping, and dual in-line coating systems.
Together, these facilities provide 110,000 square feet of manufacturing space equipped to handle projects from a few hundred cartons to millions.
Veteran-Owned and American-Made
Pak-Pro is veteran-owned, with leadership that brings the same commitment to precision, reliability, and follow-through that defined their service.
We source our materials domestically, supporting American manufacturers and ensuring reliable supply chains for our customers. While we occasionally source specialty items internationally, our commitment to domestic sourcing reflects our values and reduces the supply chain risks that international dependencies create.
Our Mission and Values
We don’t just make packaging; we build relationships. Our culture is rooted in collaboration, accountability, and pride in our work, and those beliefs influence how we support our customers, our coworkers, and our community every day.
