Meet the Pak-Pro Team

Rob Frost brings decades of leadership experience across business, law, and operations to Pak-Pro. Throughout his career, he has worked at the intersection of organizations, regulations, and real-world problem solving—helping teams navigate complexity and make sound, practical decisions.

As President of Pak-Pro, Rob focuses on building strong partnerships, supporting customers, and ensuring the company operates with integrity, accountability, and a long-term mindset. He believes the best results come from collaboration, clear communication, and doing things the right way.

Rob is a lifelong Northeast Ohio resident and a graduate of Emory University and Case Western Reserve University School of Law. When he’s not in the office, you’ll find him enjoying a walk with his wife and dogs.

Steve Weixel serves as Chief Financial Officer at Pak-Pro, bringing strong financial leadership and a practical, results-oriented approach to the company’s operations. With deep experience overseeing financial planning, budgeting, and performance management, Steve plays a key role in helping Pak-Pro make smart decisions that support growth, stability, and long-term success.

Steve brings a practical, business-first approach to finance, shaped by years of leading teams and supporting growth in operationally driven organizations. He believes good finance isn’t just about numbers — it’s about enabling the business and its people to achieve their potential and serve customers well.

Steve relocated to Georgia from Northeast Ohio and is a graduate of Cleveland State University. When he’s not in the office, you’ll find him reading, playing squash, or catching up with his five adult children.

Tim Summerour serves as Vice President of Commercial Operations at Pak-Pro, bringing extensive experience in operations, commercial leadership, and delivering results for manufacturing teams. In his role, Tim focuses on optimizing operations, strengthening customer relationships, and aligning business processes to support long-term performance and growth.

With a background that spans production management, quality assurance, and general operations leadership, Tim has a practical, hands-on approach to solving challenges and improving how work gets done. He believes in clear communication, dependable execution, and building systems that help teams and customers succeed together.

Tim lives in the Atlanta area. Outside of the office you’ll find him spending time with his new grandson.

Michelle has been with Pak-Pro for four years and serves as General Manager, overseeing plant operations, production planning, financial performance, and continuous improvement efforts. She focuses on aligning daily operations with efficiency, quality, and long-term business goals.

Prior to Pak-Pro, Michelle held General Manager roles in the fluid power industry, leading multi-department teams and managing both operational execution and financial performance. She brings a practical, analytical approach to leadership and is known for strengthening processes and driving meaningful improvements.

Michelle studied business administration at Gainesville State College and paralegal studies at the University of Georgia. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling and enjoying the outdoors.

Shane Parks serves as Plant Manager for Pak-Pro’s Marietta, Georgia facility, where he oversees day-to-day plant operations and schedules equipment to meet customer demand. He focuses on keeping production running smoothly, efficiently, and safely while supporting consistent quality and on-time delivery.

Shane brings more than three decades of experience in packaging and manufacturing operations. Prior to joining Pak-Pro, he spent over 10 years as Plant Manager with Huhtamaki, 8 years with Smurfit-Westrock as Assistant General Manager and over a decade with Rock-Tenn/ Sonoco in inside sales. His background gives him a practical, hands-on perspective and a deep understanding of how plant performance impacts customers.

Shane is a graduate of Berry College with a degree in Business Administration. He lives in the Marietta area and shares his life with his wife of 35 years and their daughter.
